We encourage your design team to visit these projects before 'putting pencil to paper,' in starting your own project. Study the various elements that contribute to these winning design solutions... their thoughtful approaches to site planning, that encourage a pedestrian orientation and an attention to detail. Note the architectural treatments that encompass all sides to the buildings... and the quality of craftsmanship and materials.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality environment for our community, and this philosophy has been embodied in the City's Developmental Review process. A booklet illustrating this professional, comprehensive procedure is available from our Planning Office.
