New Development in Rancho Cucamonga and Environs

This is an easy story to tell. Rancho Cucamonga and the neighboring communities have provided a community rich with features all Americans enjoy.

  • Victoria Gardens Regional Shopping Mall
A new 159 Acre "Main street Retail District" for Rancho Cucamonga. Opened in November, 2004 with further development continuing constantly.

  • Citizens Business Bank Arena (Ontario)
Opened in November, 2008 this indoor arena hosts (11,000 capacity) the Ontario Reign Hockey Team as well as many concerts throughout the year ...and ice skating too!

  • Rancho Cucamonga Sports Park
A class "A" minor league baseball stadium hosts the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, and has been dubbed the "Epicenter" by its avid fans. This beautiful stadium boasts two field-level cafes, state-of-the-art scoreboards and seating for over 6,500 fans. The sports park also offers three fully-equipped soccer fields and a baseball field.

  • Empire Lakes
This Arnold Palmer designed golf complex includes an 18-hole championship course and a golf training center. The complex is part of a 380 acre mixed-use development known as Empire Lakes, which will eventually include a convention and meeting hotel, an entertainment and retail complex, and several campus-style office parks. The course, opened to the public, in fall 1995.

The course features a California foothills theme highlighted by five lakes that are brought into play on 12 of the 18 holes. The complex includes a clubhouse with pro shop and golfer's grill, a driving range with approximately 70 turf and mat positions, and a comprehensive golf training center with indoor and outdoor classes, offering half-day, three-day, and five-day courses of instruction.

  • Central Park
This will be the masterpiece of our comprehensive parks network; a scenic 100 acres of restful pleasures. The first components completed are a community center and senior citizens center completed in 2005.

  • Foothill Boulevard
Colorful pedestrian activity areas and complementary landscaping will highlight this main commercial corridor, following the city's infrastructure improvements. Beautiful new development is occuring all along this historic Route 66.

  • Auto Club Speedway
A world class auto racing venue located adjacent to Rancho Cucamonga in San Bernardino county, this track hosts both NASCAR races and NHRA Drags. The facility is also used for product testing.
